Welcome to my little corner! Here you can join my visual design journey with real clients since 2013. My visual exploration ranges from poster design, marketing campaign design, UI Design, illustration and photography. Those experiences all lead to my passion about user experience design.

 

RedShare Powerbank

March 2019 - April 2019

RedShare is a New York based startup dedicated to providing Charge-on-the-go Service Solution. I worked as their freelance visual designer to create a list of illustrations and infographics to teach users how to use this innovative product.

Jujube Theater

January 2016 - October 2016

Founded in January 2016, Jujube Theater, the first Chinese theater group based at NYU, is established by a group of theater enthusiasts. As the marketing director, I've designed several marketing campaigns and kept maintaining our website and social media accounts. 

 

 

ILP Entertainment

January 2014 - January 2015

I worked with ILP Entertainment, an international film production startup, to design their event posters from 2014 to 2015. 

 

 

NYU CSSA

September 2013 - September 2015

Chinese Students and Scholars Association at New York University (CSSA@NYU) is the largest organization for Chinese student and alumni community at NYU. With over 4,000 registered members, it is also one of the largest Chinese student organizations in the US.

I worked as the Public Relations Coordinator at NYU Chinese Students & Scholars Association from 2013 to 2015, designing a series of posters, CD covers and packages for various events. 

 

 

Bon Day!

January 2015 - October 2015

Bon Day! is an educational tech startup founded in 2015 and backed by two founding members of Tencent, China's largest Internet company. It has grown into a popular study abroad mobile app which offers online classes and personalized college counseling services to students across China.

I joined the startup as one of the first 10 employees and launched the app with the team in fall 2015.  As the Art Director, I collaborated remotely with the product team based in Shanghai, improving user flow based on user testing and integrating visual design ideas to the prototypes of the app.
